Spicy Chinese Pork Tenderloin

(It wasn't spicy) Next time will add more heat. The flavors were spot on. Followed this recipe, indirect on the Small at 400. Flipped often, 30 minutes to 150. Simmered the marinade while it was cooking added butter at the end before serving.

Going to try this one tonight. The marinade has a nice flavor. I added a bit of heat to it.The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.
