Spicy Chinese Pork Tenderloin

(It wasn't spicy) Next time will add more heat.  The flavors were spot on.  Followed this recipe, indirect on the Small at 400.  Flipped often, 30 minutes to 150.  Simmered the marinade while it was cooking added butter at the end before serving.

My wife and I cooked pork tenderloin this weekend. We both agreed that we should cook it more often. It’s easy, quick, and delicious.
Your post gives me new ideas for how to cook it. It looks delicious. Nicely done.

If you want it spicy, I would double or triple the red pepper, maybe had chili oil, or some diced hot peppers!

Going to try this one tonight.  The marinade has a nice flavor.  I added a bit of heat to it.
The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.
