Shrimp and Scallop Yakitori

Love!!!  Just discovered some Yakitori sauce recipes.  Looks awesome!

Those shrimp look like freaky lizard fingers on the skewer like that! 

How do the scallops come on on skewers? I've made them on the egg, but it's always been the typical cast iron sear method.   Love the cooking method though. I'll have to try that some time soon. It'd be a fun cook to do with the kids since they don't have to worry about things sticking to the grates.

Good meal overall but I would do the scallops differently next time.
