Possible to smoke boneless skinless chicken breast?

Wondering if any of you have tried smoking boneless skinless chicken breast without them getting dry. I have a pack of chicken breast and I don’t want to just grill them like always.

I often have partially frozen chicken breasts to cook and do them indirect for a while or just away from the hot coals on the XL with some smoke. The cold starting temp buys you some time to get the smokey taste, then finish direct.

Go ahead and smoke them. Try raised indirect at 350-400. The key to keep it moist is to bull at 150-155* I do this temperature all the time, and the chicken breast always comes out juicy.

I smoke them then finish them using Malcom Reed's Monterey Chicken recipe. Very easy, tasty dish.

Agree with the brining plan, or inject 'em...
Or do both and then wrap 'em in bacon. -
I have followed this recipe a few times with chicken parts, I am sure it would work with breasts, just monitor the internal temp....
