Dry rub Turkey breast good for many reasons

Weather was really nice here today. So, I took advantage of it and looked for something to throw on the egg. Located a 7.78 lbs. turkey breast and decided to use dizzy pig shaking the tree spice rub over a bacon grease slather.
Set the egg up for indirect cook at 325. Cooked for 2 hours, pulled at 153 degrees then wrapped and rested in a cooler for 30 minutes
Turkey happens to be my wife's favorite and yes I'm earning points.
