Piedmontese beef-healthy choice?

Got 3 boxes of Certified Piedmontese beef from wife’s office for Christmas. I have only used Black Angus 28 day dry aged steaks for past 8 years, but after trying the ribeye last weekend, may rethink this option. It was very tender and had great flavor. Will cook some strips next weekend to verify. Comments

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Cooked the strip steak tonight...OMG was so tender and had great flavor. I am sold!
