Chili Scallops and Bok Choy

Got the egg nice n hot 


Stir fried some garlic and ginger.  Pushed it out of the way then added the scallops and a little salt.  Removed scallops from the wok when they were about 75% done 


In goes the Bok Choy and red peppers with a touch of salt 


Veggie mix went for a bit then the scallops went back in with the chili bean sauce, soy, a little chicken stock and a bit of cornstarch to thicken it up.     

And plated with some brown rice sprinkled with Shichimi Togarashi.  Big thanks to @caliking and @500 for turning me onto this spice.  



Really quick and tasty meal for a Tuesday night.  Thank you for looking.
