Absolutely delicious. A little tedious to cook, but friggin worth it. Ran just under 300 seasoned with meat church holy gospel and a local guy's "rasta joes" which works great with chicken wings also

Hunting with a .22 takes care of the shot problem. If only i could get headshots consistently

I went out with a couple of friends. 3 shooters and pulled 12 birds, parted them out and into the brine they went. Such a lean delicious meal -

Excellent cook. Pheasant is the game I chase most. Love it on the grill, especially a plucked bird and brined. I use hank Shaw’s “pheasant, quail, cottontail” book often.Mankato, MN - LBGE
