Absolutely delicious. A little tedious to cook,  but friggin worth it. Ran just under 300 seasoned with meat church holy gospel and a local guy's "rasta joes"  which works great with chicken wings also

Looks yummy. Ate a ton of that as a lad. Grew weary of picking lead shot out of my teeth. It’s a personal problem.

Hunting with a .22 takes care of the shot problem. If only i could get headshots consistently

I went out with a couple of friends. 3 shooters and pulled 12 birds, parted them out and into the brine they went.   Such a lean delicious meal

i fed some friends pheasant and someone made a comment that it tasted like the bird actually used its muscles and flew

Excellent cook.  Pheasant is the game I chase most.  Love it on the grill, especially a plucked bird and brined.  I use hank Shaw’s “pheasant, quail, cottontail” book often.
