    Where do y'all get beef ribs from?  I don't know that I've seen them at Publix or Harris Teeter or Walmart.  I've yet to attempt to cook these but dang they look good

    I have only found them at the Restaurant Depot, you could ask q butcher if they can get them. For the large meaty ribs ask for plate ribs, the smaller ones are short ribs

    I love how just about every rack of beef ribs always has the rouge bone that goes opposite of the others.

    I have gone to the meat counter (most any good grocer) and asked to buy whole slab of beef plate ribs. By whole I mean 4-5 bones. They usually come cryovac'd like that in a box and they get cut up. Most places have a box or two of them in the back. You should actually get a little better price per # buying them whole as I prefer anyway.
