I recently changed companies and had mentioned I like to BBQ on my XL BGE. They listened as they sent a "welcome to the company" gift of 4 x 2" ribeyes from Stock Yards. Sous Vide one to 129 (3hrs as it was partially frozen when I started) then seasoned with S&P only and seared at 600 for ~1.5 min/side. Flavor was excellent and extremely tender.

My old man used to get prime rib roasts from them @ this time of the year. They were always excellent.

Sounds like a good company. Usually my Welcome to the Company package is picking up the pieces of the person before me and sorting out all of their BS.
Nice steak and congrats on the new gig. -
When you say "chaged companies" do you mean you changed employers? Or do you normally order meat from one company and changed to stockyards.com?XL BGE and Kamado Joe Jr.
