Mini was cruising at 250 with some Scotch Eggs for this week’s breakfast
The large had supper detail. Thighs were on the extender runnin 400 indirect to crisp the skin.
Served up with brown rice and SV’d broccoli
Really good meal. The chicken skin had a fried kinda crunch to it. Thanks for looking
