Cranberry Bomb Dip

Options
This stuff is the bomb!

2 Blocks Cream Cheese – Room Temp

2-3 Jalapenos – Seeds/Stems removed for mild

~1/2 Cup Cilantro

~6 Green Onions

16oz Fresh Cranberries

1 Lemon

1 Cup Sugar

Kosher Salt

 

Coarsely chop Jalapenos, Cilantro, Green Onions, and Cranberries.

Combine chopped mixture with Sugar, dash of Kosher Salt, and juice from Lemon.

Let mixture set overnight.

Strain mixture.

Reserve 1 Cup of mixture.

Whip Cream Cheese. (Optional)

Combine Cream Cheese and mixture.

Spread in serving dish and top with reserved mixture.

Serve at room temperature with club crackers.
