Grocery shopping Friday morning. Picked
up 3 fresh breasts on sale. Mrs. 500 liked the spatch turkey so much she asked for more. I started it with a kosher salt dry brine and will grill it Sunday. We like turkey for a lean, low fat protein, so we have more for future cooks. 
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

    Nice!  Glad the mrs is digging it!

    I was at the store yesterday picking up a Boston butt for today's game day cook and noticed a few decent sized turkeys left in the freezer so I picked up a 13lb'er for another day since they're so cheap.
