I am extremely disappointed in my local Ace. Every time I try to use my rewards coupons they look at them like they are counterfeit or something. Apparently not very many people use them around here. I am currently without a printer and they would not accept the coupon from my phone yesterday. 

They have a very high turnover, and I have to deal with someone new almost every time I am in there. There was one lady that was great to deal with, but she doesn't appear to be there anymore. It is a stressful, time-consuming experience. I will go back to ordering online again.

@Cashfan my local Ace never seems to have what I need.  I always order online and pickup in store a day or so later.

They stock Rockwood, but trying to get them to honor the coupons and getting good service is the frustrating part.

@cashfan, if you order it online the coupon is automatically applied.  I ran into a somewhat similar situation.  Unfortunately it only ran one day. I wish I had my wife order a bag too lol
