EggGenius connect help needed

Just got the eggGenius have yet to get it to connect. Is there a trick to initial setup? Going back to flame boss 200 until I connect. Also is the egggenius capable of using 2 meat probs with a splitter?

No real trick except to do the first connection close to the router. If it doesn't connect do a reset and try again. However, after the last update, it doesn't seem to control as well?

Still no luck on the genius. I get to the point of adding SSID and password and still no connection.

Have had that issue when setting up for buddies. The control recognized a network, but wouldn’t connect even with correct password. Turned out to be a flaky router. Installed a Linksys router, and it connected right up!
