spatchcocked 16 lb turkey

Options
Cooking a spatchedcocked turkey for the 1st time.  Will brine, and cook indirect.  Best temp?? 350?  How long roughly to get to 165?  Any advice???

    My guess on time for your 16lb turkey.....a little under 2 hours.
    Indirect, dome temp 350 until breast is 165 and thigh 180.
    I cooked one about that size last week. I did not brine, Just a lil oil and a healthy amount of dry rub.  Oh! and I  cooked mine direct. Didn't flip and It came out great.
