Joetisserie Turkey Breast

Did a Joetisserie turkey breast last night and turned out amazing! Was planning on brining it but ran out of time. I decided to cover it in butter and rubbed it with Meatchurch Honey Hog. Once the egg settled in at 350 I put it in. It came to temp in a little over and hour. It didn’t have much color so I let it go a little longer and ended up pulling it off at 178*. I was amassed at how moist it was. Probably the best turkey I’ve ever had. 3- BGE’s 2(Large) 1(Mini Max)
