I make a sort of raita (cold Indian yogurt item) as a sauce and it's pretty tasty. Don't have an actual recipe, but it goes something like :
Yogurt 2 cups (use Greek if you want it thicker) Sour cream 1/4 cup Cilantro 2 bunches Mint several leaves Thai chiles 4-8 Garlic several cloves Sugar 1tsp Salt to taste
Blitz it all together in a blender or food processor. Add more sour cream depending on how creamy you want it to be.

With a little trial and error, creamy cilantro (egg) chicken was a hit. Had garlic shrimp , mac, and mash.. totally forgot to take pics, but definitely one I'll revisit sooner rather than later..

Other mods:
- add chopped chipotles in adobo sauce
add heavy cream, some chicken stock, S&P and stir under heat until desired thickness.....add your cilantro before serving.
