    Thanks @Fred19Flintstone for the alert.
An a resounding Happy Thanksgiving, as well.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to fellow canucks!

No hosting, went to a potluck Sat with an egret ham ...

The hosts' signature turkey was really good ... brined, parcooked in microwave, finished in oven covered with bacon, stuffed with precooked stuffing about an hour before finish, the stuffing (stick rice, wild rice, chopped shitake mushroom, sausage, etc) was a dish in itself ...

    Few selected shots...

store bought roast pig and sushi...

A great national anthem.  My parents lived for several years in Palgrave, Ontario Province.  Our friends to the white north. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtVCaIYH9Xc
