Grilled Chili

325* direct and raised direct

On at 11:25am

Flipped, flipped, and flipped again, rotating to evening grill

11:50; veggies off

Burger continued. 

Feels odd to be grilling without a beverage in hand. 

1# burger off at 12:35pm, 1 hr. 10 minutes at 150* IT. 

Chopped up and all put together and in the slow cooker on high for 5 hours at 1:30pm-6:30pm

Veggies were still crunchy. Definite grill flavor in the bowl. Charred, smoky. Could cook longer to integrate the flavors more. 


I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
