After several years of wanting to try Necessary Indulgences Green Lightning Shrimp, I finally gave them a try last night. Sensational recipe to say the least. Thanks to Kristy for sharing her many superb recipes with us. They would all disappear as fast as I would pull them off the grill. Gonna try mixing the marinade with sour cream or cream cheese to see if it makes a good dip. Geaux Tigers!

The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.

Those are in my "go to" appetizer file. Please keep us post on the dipping sauce. I wouldn't have thought of that but it sounds good!

Started doing these this summer and regretted not doing them sooner after the first bite.
Nice work! -

I really wish I had not waited so long. Very surprising flavor profile.

"I cook with wine. Sometimes I even add it to the food". Was that the famous Justin Wilson?

I know the feeling.
Makes my mouth water since I know exactly how good those tasted. How did you like them?
