Mini Cheese Burgers.

The egg was mini, not the burgers.
Shop bought 85/15 gourmet burgers, I really need to use my meat grinder more.
Two slices of American processed cheese. (I know, but I really like it for this application
) Bog-standard lettuce, tomato, red onion. Mayo on the bottom bun, ketchup up top. Simples.
400F for 8-10 mins rotate grill every 2:00, flip at the mid-mark (for medium - medium well, wife friendly
), then an additional minute to melt the cheese and toast the buns.
Was really juicy and tasty. I paired with coleslaw and potato salad and sipped an American IPA.
