Turbo Ribs - Raised Direct

Felt like ribs tonight for dinner. Stopped by TJ’s, picked up a slab of baby backs.  Started the Large BGE and got it to 350.  Rubbed the ribs with Meat Church Holy Gospel BBQ Rub.  I threw a couple pecan chunks on the lump.  Cooked them raised and direct.  Put some SBR about 1:15 into the cook and pulled them at about 1:30. Internal temp was 195.  They turned out great.  Different texture than low and slow but I liked them.  Something different and was able to do it after work!!
