This was last nights dinner. My wife made Thomas Keller's 12 Hour Brine Fried Chicken.

This was the BEST fried chicken we've ever tasted. So moist, so crispy. Truly orgasmic. 

I made Sous Vide Mashed Potatoes for the first time.

Again, the best mashed potatoes ever. Really a Pommes Puree type of potato.

Super delicious meal and we devoured the left overs tonight!
