4th cook on 'Jr." as he is nicknamed (XL is now Sr.) took it up to 400*
Elk patty seasoned with fresh cracked black pepper, Salt of the Gods and some Worcestershire then a little duck fat spray and another dusting of SOTG after some heavy petting and forming the patty.
Got my Woo ring from CGS and tried it out. I like how it lifts the cooking grate up a bit (1''+)
Had to use shredded cheese - all I had. Little brown mustard, lettuce, pickle and a toasted (on the egg) Hawaiian bun
and I was set for breakfast. I'm almost out of elk, time to go back to Montana but that hunt will have to wait!

I just finished a traditional breakfast sandwich. Looking at yours made me hungry again and brought back great memories growing up in the woods, 50 miles from the nearest town. Lots of Elk, Moose, fish, etc.Michael
