Boneless Pork Chops

Cooked some boneless pork chops last night, sort of following Malcolm Reed's recipe. He cooked his on a PK set up for two-zone grilling. Not having that option on my LBGE, I used my EGGspander with a half stone and two half grates to set up direct and indirect cooking. Started direct at 400, then moved to indirect. Used his bourbon butter glaze recipe, substituting Jim Beam Peach for bourbon. Rubbed chops with DP Pineapplehead. The result was very good.
