Working Man’s Chili

Football season is here and that means it’s chili time!!!  Today I made some smoked chili on our Kamado Joe.  It was seasoned up with some Chupacabra Brisket Magic, Atlanta Grill Company  Beef MOJO, and some Bearded Butcher Blend Cajun.  The Smoke flavor was provided by Smoker Bricx, and if I do say so myself, it was killer.  Little Chef told me I did a good job, that’s a big deal for me.
