Marinated some thighs in EVOO, Lemon Juice, fresh oregano,garlic and pepper.  

On the small at 450 raised direct 


While the chicken was getting happy I made the salad and rice.  No pics.  

The thighs got chopped and thrown in the cast iron with a quick marinade  of EVOO, Lemon Juice and DP Mediterraneanish so it would have seasoning on all sides 


Warming the store bought pita bread.  I was gonna make fresh but decided to take it easy.  


Served up.  Hit the meat and the salad with a white sauce made from mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and parsley 




Taste was most awesome.  Thanks for Looking
