Steak on a sword...

Morning All:
Our 4-year old grandson really likes almost any food as long as it is "on a stick", but does definitely likes meat on a sword so tonight was picanha night...all seasoned & onto one of the large Eggs...
A few minutes later (probably about 20) off for a short rest before devouring...
On the other large Egg was the brown rice pilaf & baked onions with beef bullion & butter...
On the table & ready to eat...
Very delightful & delicious meal (plus the 4-year old was very happy as were the adults)!

Looks Texas de Brazil delicious. You close the dome on the swords during cooking?
