Rainy day wings

It’s been raining here pretty much all day but at least the string of 90+ degree days with 90+% humidity finally broke. 

Made wings tonight. Definitely one of my family's favorites. 

I season liberally with dizzy pig raging river or dizzy dust and then sprinkle on poultry seasoning and celery salt. 

I grill raised direct between 400-500 turning often. I don’t grill to temp, I grill to look. We prefer our wings with some char and I love how the dizzy pig rubs how they turn out. These are always crisp and not dry at all. 

Served with some roasted sprouts.
