Hi Guys,
Stopped by Costco today and for some nice prime strip steaks,:
There is actually a steak in there and not a runaway fire:
Plated, took some scallops and SV poached them in butter, after that hit them with the searzall:

Love that thickness! My Costco never have any that thick. Maybe the thick ones are bought before we get there. Guess we ought to ask to have some cut to our satisfaction - huh?Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
