Welcome. I forgot how quickly the inside gets dark.

Looks and sounds great! I hardly ever grill veggies or fruits, and I gotta DO that. Thanks for the inspiration!

6th meal on this egg. Ribeye and pizzas before. Ribeye great. Pizzas are a work in progress! Loving it anyway. Photo is a bit dark

Nice cook! The only advice I can give you is save your receipt for warranty repairs and don't let the forum spend your money!South of Columbus, Ohio.

Looking good. Pizzas will always be an ongoing journey as you try different types of crusts and setups and temps. What kinda beer you got there?

Don’t know what type of pears. They are out of season here but with heat, sugar, cinnamon , spices and lots of butter they were tasty 😋

I’ve had pears like that drizzled with a sweet high end balsamic also. So many great grilled fruit dishes. Bravo again.

I’m sure it was delicious.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
