Surf and turf!

I had a buddy in town (Portland, ME) and we had an epic day of eating. Lobster rolls for lunch, oysters and cocktail shrimp on happy hour special then he said wanted to do a surf and turf dinner! Got fresh scallops at the fish market and away we went to the egg! First time doing scallops on the egg but it was super easy and they came out amazing! The key was par cooking the bacon so it was done without over cooking the scallops and nailed it! Thanks for looking!
