Picked up a blackstone a few months ago, I don't know why I resisted so long as I now use it 3 times a week. Anyway, marinated some skirt steak and make come sweet corn tomalito:

That looks delicious and sweet corn tomalito is one of my favorites.

Quite a complement considering your last epic post, now this recipe I offer is in no way going to be comparable to said cook but I tell you it's a solid Taqueria style recipe, as usual I don't deviate from the recipe except to use skirt steak instead of flank. Enjoy:

Thanks. Being a teacher, that means I steal good ideas from wherever I find them. Again, that is a nice cook you posted - none of us here are in a competition. It’s about having fun, cooking good food, and spending time with those we care about. Thanks for the second link.
