What is the sauce? Mmmmmmm

Thank you @johnmitchell . The sauce I used @pgprescott was simply Costco's Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. I do sometimes make my own but not this time. The flavors blended quite well, though. So, I used Busha Browne Jerk Seasoning Rub, a combination of Meat Church's The Gospel BBQ and Honey Hog BBQ rubs. Normally, I would use EVOO, and not buttermilk, but I had some leftover buttermilk from a previous cook and didn't want it to go to waste.LG BGE, KJ Jr, Smokin Bros. I was going to do something similar with buttermilk and gochujang but it wouldn’t stop raining.

The buttermilk seemed to have more of an effect when I used it in my first cook on a whole chicken, with skin still on (halved). Don't get me wrong, we really enjoyed the meal but if I didn't have it on hand and had went with the traditional EVOO I think it would have been just as good for these skinless thighs.Gulfcoastguy said:I was going to do something similar with buttermilk and gochujang but it wouldn’t stop raining.LG BGE, KJ Jr, Smokin Bros.
