The way I look at, anything you cook on the Egg is totally what you like to taste. For me, garlic is automatic on any piece of meat. Salt, pepper and garlic powder will do fine on the wings. I have found that Rosemary is a wonderful spice on baked or grilled chicken. Experimation is what it's all about. Have fun with it.[p]Chef Jerry

hayseedpaddy,[p]I recently tried out "WooDaddy's" wing recipe on a about 50 drumsticks for a large cookout.[p]A crowd favorite that day, I must say. [p]Try searching this forum for a wing recipe from WooDaddy.

hayseedpaddy,[p]I marinate in olive oil and Tony Chachere's original seasoning..probably most any "BAM" essence would work..just before egging I really rub the marinade into the chix. When the wings are pulled off the Egg I heat up some butter and hot sauce of choice and toss. Serve up with blue cheese and celery sticks...

This looks like the recipre I used, but I cooked for almost 2 hours at low heat (225-250), they were crispy and tender. A beautiful thing.[p]http://biggreenegg.com/recipes/poultry/poultry0083.htm
