Palmier Pastries on BGE

I typically bake in the winter and grill in the summer. I just did some pulled pork and brisket over the weekend and thought why not bake my pastries on my BGE.
I have a 2nd large that never gets smoke added so the inside is very clean.
Here are a few photos of the prep and bake. And yes, puff pastry was made from scratch. I was at 400 and the sugar burned a bit. Maybe I'll make the batch at 350. There is a fine line between the sugar caramelizing and burning.

    Wow! Looks fantastic.

Do you ever sit still? Man I'd be glued to my couch if I just finished up a 18,000 mile motorcycle trip.
