Ribs and chicken

Ribs done comp style with three different glazes added during the wrap with the other stuff. 1 rack with tiger sauce, 1 with pineapple habanero, and 1 with peach habanero. Chicken skin had the fat scraped off then just a basic rub and sauce at the end. Like someone said earlier this week, those Smithfield ribs are pretty darn good.
