Charbroiled oysters on a Blackstone

anyone ever done it on a griddle top? Any reason it would or wouldn’t work out? I’m planning out tailgating meals for football season and am wondering if I could pull off charbroiled oysters at the field. Thanks and happy weekend.

I guess you could use a griddle top, but you would be missing all the awesome flavor of the charcoal and smoke that is produced over a egg. Done correctly in the style of Drago's they are indeed charred.
