Mixed up some ground turkey, minced garlic, choppped ginger, diced Thai Chili Pepprs with some egg and panko. After balls were rolled I hit them with Tsunami Spin

On the mini at 325 indirect

Let them get to an IT of 150° the brushed on some Sriracha/Honey mix

Let the glaze set then pulled so I could add the finishing touch of sesame seeds and fresh chives

Taste was crazy good with a nice Sriracha hit. Thanks for looking.
