Mrs3969 out of town tonight so I play.
Took some split chicken wings and did an egg wash that had DP Jamaican Jerk and Hot Sauce added then covered with crunched up Grippo’s
Let them hang out in the fridge while the Large was getting stable at 450 indirect. Let them cook for 20 mins then put the sausage on. 10mins later the shrimp went on.
Pated up and very edible
And the second plate

Seems like you weren't playing with this meal. Tasty assortment of vittles you put together there. It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

Hopefully she doesn't visit the forum or you are in serious trouble. Great cook and there was clearly prior deep thought put into this. What an excellent mixed grill creation and cook. Congrats. Diamond plate just for the closer.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
@smokingal & @lousubcap - the thought came when I was eating Grippo’s with my lunch today. It just steamed rolled from there.

Grippos are the best bbq chips. You can also buy just the seasoning as well. I use it on chicken and love it on tater wedges.
