Raised indirect around 400 degrees. 45 minutes or so flipping halfway. Fries were done on the Blackstone with salt and pepper. If you care to watch a video of the cook the link is in my signature.

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
Appreciate it! I will be honest - seeing posts on Instagram for national wing day made me want to cook them tonight. So mission accomplished haha!lousubcap said:Well it is National Chicken Wing Day so you nailed it...Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

Awesome cook. I have never thought of frying fries like that on a cook-top. Very interesting.

Thanks! The fries turn out pretty good. Not as good as normal frying of course. The key on the Blackstone is to cook them longer at a lower temperature (which I failed to do this time).cookingdude555 said:Awesome cook. Wings are always good eats. Yours look delicious.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
