Wings and Fries

Raised indirect around 400 degrees. 45 minutes or so flipping halfway. Fries were done on the Blackstone with salt and pepper. If you care to watch a video of the cook the link is in my signature.

    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Awesome cook.  I have never thought of frying fries like that on a cook-top.  Very interesting.

    Thanks! The fries turn out pretty good. Not as good as normal frying of course. The key on the Blackstone is to cook them longer at a lower temperature (which I failed to do this time).
