Another BS cook

Blackstone 36 inch working hard tonight, for some killer stir fry.  The chicken breast was sliced thin and marinated in ponzu, soy sauce and @chupacabrarub. Total cook time was just a few minutes and it was delicious.  Big thanks to @tarheelmatt for inspiring tonight’s cook
