OK, folks, this is very different from anything I have cooked on the Egg before.  They didn't need much time, only about 5 or so minutes each side at about 350-365.  Obviously, the cook was simple, not a lot of science behind it.  But, as we all know, sometimes simple is best.  They were terrific.

    Done lobstah many times.  No shell is my MO.  Round out with grilled oystahs.  The seafood trifectah.

    I've never cooked those before. Just curious, how many people did that serve? Looks like one... maybe.

    My wife and I ate it over a few days.  For a single sit down, it could have served 6 people.  Those legs, about 5 lbs, are sitting on an XL.
