Soft shell crab on grill

I don't know about grilling them, but I love them deep fried on a sandwich.

Grilled are fantastic- brush with butter or oil, add salt and pepper and grill for 6-7 minutes over 350 (direct)

Only steamed.  One of the best sandwiches ever.  Never done them personally.

I have pan-fried hundreds of them when I cooked professionally.   They can be cooked any way you want.
