Tuesday Salmon

I know, I should have a salad or some veggies, but I just did not feel like it. Skin on salmon, homemade brown sugar rub, key lime juice, and a little whiskey. I do not cook salmon to temp, I pull it off when the albumin starts leaking. This case, 350 direct for 23 minutes.








XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
