Halibut and Salmon

Had a few more pieces of Alaskan Halibut and Red Salmon in the freezer from my F-I-Ls trip last summer. Rubbed the small Salmon pieces down with Jallelujah Bacon Jalapeño rub to try and remaining Salmon and Halibut with some Don’s Blackened Red Fish Magic. The bacon jalapeno rub was amazing on the salmon. It has a little sweet on the front side, some salty bacon in the middle and a hint of jalapeno at the end. Cooked raised direct at 400 degrees. Pulled Salmon at 125 and Halibut at 140.  So Good!!
