Beef tenderloin

I  did a beef tenderloina couple nights ago. Came out amazing. Seasoned it in Maggie's for 2+ hrs brought it to to room temperature and put it on the grill @ 600 each side for 2 minutes. I then let it rest while the grill got down to 350. I put the tenderloin on for another 20mins, came out at at 130. It was amazing. I wish I took more pics of the final product.

    Skip the coming to room temperature step. You want all the cooking coming from inside the egg. Smoke adheres better to cold things. Also, to get something like a tenderloin to room temp, it would take hours.
