2nd go at pulled pork

Just put this 8# beauty on a few minutes ago. Used the pork rub recipe out of “Smoke it like a pro”. 6 big chunks of hickory and 4 of apple for the smoke. Going to run it anywhere between 225-300 and giving myself 10 hours to do it. No wrapping involved, wish me luck.Looking forward to the transition from coffee to adult beverages.............I have a feeling it may be real soon!
