Thai Chicken Thighs with Veggies and Holy Basil

Seared in CI then roasted on the egg. Swimming in a sauce of Sriracha,soy,fish sauce, garlic and ginger with a lil brown sugar.

    Thanks guys.  It was a crazy taste with minimal effort required.  


    Thanks @caliking.  I think next time I’ll dice up a Birdseye Chili’s(or 2)and a lil lemon grass to add to it.  The aroma was unreal coming out of the egg once I added the Holy Basil.

    Nailed it and the diamond plate to close it out.
