Happy 4th to you too! I'm sitting on the back patio, cooling off after mowing the lawn and munching on frozen grapes, and a flight of 4 F-35s buzzed me, quite low! They're flying over a bunch of local parade routes this morning. Haven't seen them much this summer as Hill AFB is re-doing their runway, and the F-35 squadrons went TDY either to Mountain Home AFB or the sandbox.
Cooled off now, need to dry-rub the ribs and start the homemade potato salad.___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."

Great looking pulled pork!

Thanks, cooked them naked for 7 hours between 275-300 to 195 degrees. Wrapped in foil and let rest in a cooler for about 8 hours. Refrigerator overnight, pulled apart with meat claws then sorted and separated by hand with vinyl gloves.Knoxvegas, TN
